Products and prices
Radicae sells CentiKin (an offline program for family tree and DNA research, one-time licence per major version: €35) and Stamboom-Site (a password-protected family website, annual licence: €49). All prices are in euro and include VAT. Payment is handled by Mollie.
Delivery
Software is delivered digitally. After payment you receive a download link and a licence file (CentiKin) or access to your account (Stamboom-Site) by email. A licence is personal and not transferable.
Cooling-off period and right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital products that are delivered immediately, this right lapses once delivery has begun, provided you expressly agree at checkout and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal. You receive confirmation of this by email.
Money-back guarantee
In addition, Radicae offers a money-back guarantee: within 14 days of purchase you can ask for a refund without giving a reason, via the contact form or info@radicae.nl. This guarantee applies alongside your statutory rights and does not limit them. After a refund the licence ends and you stop using the product.
Defects and updates
If a product does not work as agreed, you can rely on your statutory rights. Updates within the purchased major version of CentiKin are included.
Lost licence
If you lose your licence file, request it again via the contact form.
Stamboom-Site: term
The Stamboom-Site licence runs for one year and is not renewed automatically. You receive reminders 30, 7 and 1 day before it ends. After expiry a 30-day grace period follows; after that the family website is permanently deleted. You can also delete your site yourself earlier.
Your data
CentiKin stores your family tree data only on your own computer. Please make regular backups; CentiKin has a function for this. Radicae cannot restore your data.
