Information submitted through the contact form is used only to answer your enquiry and discuss possible services.
Software and licences
When you buy software (CentiKin, Stamboom-Site), your name and email address are stored to issue and manage the licence.
Retention and sharing
Personal information is not sold. It is shared only when necessary for a service or required by law, and retained no longer than needed.
Cookies and external content
Radicae uses an essential session cookie to secure the contact form (expires when the browser closes) and a technical file (hashed IP address) to prevent form abuse, automatically cleared after at most one hour. Only with your consent does Radicae also use Google Analytics (visitor statistics), and Spotify and Cloud86 load. Your choice is stored locally in your browser and can be changed in the footer. Radicae also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and without tracking individual visitors, so no consent is required for it.
Your rights
You may ask what personal information Radicae holds about you and request correction or deletion through the contact form. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
